I literally came to post this

I had the same :scust:initial reaction when I saw the box score, but Giannis is right. And it’s especially relevant to Kobe, not for his 81 game but his final game the 60 spot

That was an absolute joke but bc it was Kobe it was all :banderas: Plus the further we get from it people forget the details. So yea we keeping that same energy

Folks earlier in the thread was saying it was different from Kobe's final game because that was a close game...it’s whatever though.

Wilt's, Bam's & Kobe's 80+ games were all in blowouts

I don’t know how to break this to you but there was nothing “ethical” about Kobe’s 81. Yes LA was down at one point but they eventually blew the game open. He could’ve sat much earlier but instead stayed in up 18 points with seconds remaining in the game. For the last 7 minutes of the game no Laker shot the ball besides Bryant and his last 7 points were all stat padded FTs.

This is the general problem with Kobe Stan’s. You dudes just don’t ever approach these conversations honestly. Every single popular argument and narrative for Kobe is revisionist history that you will quickly realize is bullshyt if you actually bother to do your own research.

Kobe greatly benefits from the bulk of his career happening just before the uprise of social media. It’s allowed his most deranged stans to just outright make shyt up about what he actually did. And they just repeat it incessantly to the point where lesser minded people start to believe it. This is how we’ve made it all the way to 2026 with people still believing the bullshyt about him being a “clutch killer” when there’s mountains of evidence suggesting otherwise.

You talking about “how much do yall love the game” nikka how much do you love it?? You just witnessed a dude do something remarkable and couldn’t help but immediately start hating because it came at the expense of dear leader :laff:
They're so arrogant, they feel like they can dictate which players have legitimate championship runs/rings, what records are real, and now they want to tell us which scoring games are ethical and which ones aren't. Pure unbridled arrogance:lolbron:

Loser ass nikkas try to dictate everything man. You forgot one. Dictating who is a “purer scorer.” Because apparently demolishing a nikka in all your head to head matchups while also having higher career averages across the board doesn’t matter since it doesn’t look as “pretty.” :dead:

I knew Kobe Stans were a different level of psychopathic when Bron literally revived their garbage ass franchise and got them a ring the SAME YEAR Kobe died and they started calling that shyt Mickey Mouse because they’d rather see “their team” lose woefully than see Bron stack rings in LA. Never in the history of sports have I seen a fanbase win a title and immediately start shytting on it and devaluing it. :dead:

Keep in mind that Kobe’s literal last public action before passing was praising LeBron for passing him in points and encouraging the fandom to embrace and accept one another. And it still didn’t matter :dead:

Keep in mind that these mfs think 2020 is a fake ring and keep spamming 5 > 4 when Bean literally averaged 15ppg on 37 pct shooting for his first ring while Shaq averaged 40 a game. :laff: These are the same people who will try to tell you that Lebrons rings don’t count because Ray Allen/Kyrie hit one shot or because AD had the audacity to be an incredible second option :dead:

It ain’t even my intention to make this shyt about Bron but man truly the behavior of “Laker fans” in 2020 was some of the most bizarre shyt I ever seen and permanently ruined my perception of them. Now here they go shytting on Bam :pachaha:

Yep. I been on Bam’s head pause for a while. I posted this on another site a few years back:

What comes to mind is that old KG commercial where his calling card was ‘20, 10, and 5’. In real time me and my homie were like ‘That’s it?!’. Bc KG was so talented we expected more. But he was too unselfish.
Not saying Bam is on KG level but same vibe, and he’s closer to KG in talent than he is Al Horford

Go watch Michael Beasley talking about playing Bam. Beasley is literally ‘your favorite hoopers favorite hooper’, yet Beasley talks about Bam, like hoopers talk about Beasley.

That’s been every Heat/Bam fan’s chief complaint for the past what? 6ish years? Breh has all world potential on both ends and has more than exceeded it on Defense. But he’s been entirely too passive and unselfish on offense.

He’s finally realizing that he can go get it this season, and hopefully this game goes a long way in making his confidence grow.

What do you mean?
“I can’t be too mad”

You shouldn’t be mad at all.

:dead:
Yall gonna pretend like I didn’t just see nikkas missing fts on purpose and intentionally foul up 25 in the fourth for more possessions for Bam? Y’all dishonest as hell :pachaha:
