Banana Pudding: Is it proper served warm or cold?

i know down here...our grandmothers make the pudding from scratch..flour sugar, egg whites milk and vanilla and butter

Banana pudding should be warm but chilled at the same time

As in you got it out the fridge where it was cooling and took it out to let it warm up. It shouldn’t be too warm to where it loses its taste and texture. But should be cool enough where it’s firm and has a nice refreshing feel to it. There’s a sweet spot.
