I dont know about all that extra stuff he was doing to his legs, back, and hips but liposuction on your stomach immediately after bulking-protein cycle seems like the ultimate life hack for a rich dude. The rest of us waste 3+ months doing the same thing through cardio and starving ourselves.:hubie:




Never even occured to me until now, but id imagine this is probably how the rock, christian bale, and other assorted holywood superhero actors can simultaneously bulk on 4000 calories per day, and somehow get in shape(low BF%) for a movie after just 8mos of working out.

Cardio helps you with your VO2-max, so yeah, he got a liposuction but you cannot get surgery to increase your VO2-max which is essential if you want to be an athletic person or just healthy in general. Not only that, cutting calories takes discipline.

You aren't losing out by going about things the right way, in fact, you are gaining more than the person doing liposuction.
