To sue an incident has to occur and an incident report/police report needs to be filed. If Yayo planned to sue Murder Inc., he had to have filed a complaint. You can't sue for an incident that never took place. For the judge to order an OP for 50 Cent he had to request one or at the very least corroborate what the engineer said. Because again why would an OP be issued if no incident took place? The DJ can say what the fukk he want. He's mistaken.

End of the day, the engineer pressed the charges and the report said he was the informant in the beginning.

50 Cent went to the precinct with his wife. He co-operated. He could have easily told the engineer to fall back but he did no such thing. Using the engineer to play it off doesn't make it any better.

Also the engineer shook the spot quick, so how could he know exactly who did what and that Black Child was the stabber? G-Unit snitched just own up to it.

I don't subscribe to the theory that some seem to, that 50 is some super gangsta Don gawdfather, etc... He's just a regular dude from the street who I think is off a little bit, but one thing that no one will ever say about him is he was/is shook, he has never been a bytch nikka and you'd be hard pressed to find someone who'd even lie and say that he was, so the idea of him filing for a protection order is hilarious. On top of that, against Irv Gotti? This man's name rang NO bells in Queens, ever, nothing about him warrants a protection order is my point, lol. Even a police issued protection order isn't really believable because generally them jawns only last like a week, after that the victim has to file their own, granted it's police issued so it's not the victims choice to have but that's typically domestic violence shyt, I can't imagine even that being the case here. I just think irv is knowingly fronting and he knows it isn't believable that 50 would file that, I don't see how he thinks anyone would or could believe that, lol, especially in new york, queens specifically. Ok Dan, let's hypothetically say it's a FACT 50 didn't snitch... Let's pretend it's a fact (which it isn't):


1) If you gonna give 50 a pass for this, you gotta give Ross a pass for the C.O. shyt.

When Murda Inc first brought up the Order of Protection in 2003, 50 infamously said on a mixtape, "AN ORDER OF PROTECTION FROM WHOO????" .... Like he didn't know nothing bout the shyt. He also did XXL cover where they said it was fake.

So, if Ross gets a bad rap for lying about being a CO (he coulda easily been a crooked CO), because he thought it would hurt his image, 50 gets the SAME bad wrap for pretending like the order of protection never EXISTED, Instead of just saying, "My DJ did it" 10 years ago.... To this day he never really explained it except in that one DJ clue video... which nobody saw.


2) With what I just said about 50 / Ross situations, 50 is a bigger liar / fraud than Rick Ross.


So, which option do you want? A) 50 snitched .....
