I wouldn't say money laundering is happening...more like tax evasion.

The money laundering theory only has weight cause folk can't believe how expensive art is.

It was grossly overblown and most aren't money laundering, they are buying art and then donating on a partnership deal to display it to museums for tax evasions. When you donate art to display in museums you get curator and conservation. It's better than self storage in a bank vault or an art storage center.

Also museums have so much art not on display it's crazy.
