Real talk i dont wanna my homie either, but im also not trying to be walking around with him one day and people start pointing giving the face..

One difference in my situation is my homie has not once told me the story...he hasnt hit me up to actually tell me wtf went down. he just says he's innocent. and i cant do shyt but let the hoe ass law handle that one. i aint getting no second hand rape associations to someone who aint my own child or some shyt..whole situation is confusing as fukk

Thats the thing, though. Breh is right, those accusations are fukking poisonous to work life, friendships, relationships, etc. its gone back and forth , but a false accusation is nearly as bad as a rape.

No there is no physical component, but there is a psychological toll that comes with knowing your freedom is at risk, if you have kids, you may legally not be able to see them...registries, having your name plastered everywhere...and having everyone overnight switch up on you. Lets not forget having that shyt follow you for years.
