Bank of America raising minimum wage to $20/hr

I know where I bank they raised bonuses and raised the pay but cut a bunch of tellers/windows/hours and put in automatic machines. Now corporate gets mad at the tellers because numbers are down and people are unhappy with lines and won't use the automatic machines.

So on the surface you wanna argue SEE CAPITALISM WORKS....but the liberals are saying "What's the catch?"

Considering people have been talking about this for the last 5+ years, at this point, less so.

But that's why its always phased in.

I think you're discounting the inelasticity of the prices for a lot of things. And technology has has had a major downward drag on the prices of a lot of the things we buy.

So i would argue it could be scaled in pretty quickly.
