Funny thing is I'm reading Xbrick1 cost Microsoft 90 dollars more to make compared to $ony. which means they both are losing money stop bragging because Xbrick(D)one is making M$ lose 1billion in loses. just face it bruh, M$ is going to be destoryed by $ony in the long run XBone isn't even sold out, but I cant find a PS4 anywhere. Of course none of this shyt means anything because both consoles are taking a bath in loss right now. Console hardware is NEVER profitable during or immediately after launch.

The PS4's most expensive component is the RAM, the GDDR5 is $28 more expensive than the DDR3 in the XB1. To top it off, the DDR3 will never get any cheaper, it's already at cost. GDDR5 has room to get cheaper, increasing profit per console.

But the real thing the Stanley's don't want to admit to or just don't technically understand is the fact that the flabby and sick ESRAM in their console is what will continue to stifle yields and keep production costs higher.

There's a reason why MS is going to lose $1 BILLION because of the XB side of the house, there's also a reason why a lot of investors are calling for them to sell off the division

But we'll let them have their misguided "MS is making $28 a console compared to Sony's $18" diatribe for now...because it's going to be a lot of moments to come for them.

Actually Sony makes 18$ per console, but once production and the retailers cost are taken out, it actually translates to a loss for each console its another L for Sony.

Meanwhile Xbox One, sold at a $28 profit margin. Is just enough to make a gain on each console with the same expenses added in.

Xbox One already is the more expensive and technological advanced console, and M$ already making a profit out the gates from it just shows why one of these companies is the richest in the world and the other is maybe only a year or two away from being shut down for good
