Banned from PSN Trophy level 29, 83 platinum trophies, all digital games no longer playable

As much as I've supported Sony over the years...not being able to access your games is unacceptable. The preorder deal makes no sense to me either. At least he should be able to get his money back for the preorder? This makes me realize why I never dealt with digital when motherfukkers were pushing it to the forefront. I feel stupid for all of those purchases within the last year.

He wasn't banned by Sony, he just had a primary account on someone else's PS4, to share games with them, and they stopped sharing. Don't give your account detail to anyone, to use this feature, you're supposed to physically log in yourself. and nowadays when u cop a retail disc of a pc game from amazon/best buy etc... there's nothing on the disc but a CD with an unlock code for steam.

and he replied saying that's not what happened, and that his account was "hacked". thing is his account getting "hacked" shouldn't get him banned, but he doesn't seem to want to give a specific reason why he got banned
