Yeah, Simons is a good shooter off the bench, but when JT comes back Pritchard will go back to that role.

So the lineup next year might look something like
C New Center, Queta, Other New Center, Garza, Amari, maybe Tillman
PF Tatum, Minott
SF Brown, Hauser
SG Walsh, Gonzalez
PG White, Pritchard

Schierman can take Minott's minutes on Nights where we need more shooting.

My issue with Simons boils down to the fact that he’s basically unplayable if his shot ain’t falling and he’s streaky to begin with

He’s also just the guy in the rotation that’s the most expendable. We need another competent center more than another scoring guard. Healthy JT and Pritchard can go back to being 6th man

I don't think Pritchard is gonna want to come off the bench after starting all year this year. He will probably want to be a starting PG in the NBA, whether it's with us or another team.

He might very well continue to start here. But I like the Walsh fit next to the Jays

Before the injury news I was gonna say we could do the trade and still keep Hauser. But I know the Bucks would want Walsh and Gonzalez.

Another option could be trading Simons and a protected 1st and maybe a 2nd for Bobby Portis and Kyle Kuzma. Their contracts make it work. I haven't really watched the Bucks lately so I don't know if they have fallen off.
