There are far more African Americans unemployed under Obama compared to when Bush was president.
terrible way to judge. by that logic you actually believe that everything a president does only reflects on his 4 year or 8 year term(s). we know that aint true because the "first black president" clinton. did us dirty. and we didnt even notice until after he was gone. during his time we were rolling. truth is some of that was on him and a lot wasnt. a lot was based on that .com boom. had zero to with him. he was lucky to be the pres at that time. and bush who i didnt like was unlucky enough to catch the heat from Nafta aftermath(thanks clinton) and catch the dot com BUST(not bush's fault either). but what was bush' fault was doing what repubs do, try to kill regulation so that the housing bubble would blow up like it did and burst... obama is still dealing with the aftermath of that and nafta and the mass incarceration of black folks(thanks clintons, who admitted recently they made a mistake).
Obama is half black. he looks 100% black to white people. the whites in congress even dems will only respect him so much. thats a fact. which is why his own party when they did have the house didnt do everything they needed to in order to support what he thought would work for the country. in addition. the dems do have a mind of their own. so its not all about not respecting him. unlike the repubs that block vote together no matter what. dems think before they vote yay or nay and if they dont agree. then they vote no or dont vote at all. the problem is, they didnt think the repubs would take the house. they did. and you had nothing but gridlock pretty much obama's entire 8 year term. i would say 6 out of the 8 has been grid locked. no other dem pres has ever had to deal with this kind of grid lock from the opposing party. EVER.
So can i fault him for what repubs wont allow him to implement that could have not only helped black folks, but also poor whites too.
see i think a little deeper than most on who's at fault for what. notice i'm not bias to any pres. whatever you did wrong, you are responsible for That and That only. nothing more and nothing less.
