Barbadian is more formal. Bajan is more casual that the real locals use. I just had Thanksgiving with a lot of them. You don't have to tell me .

I’ve heard Barbadian plenty of times but I like bajan. I can’t even pin point a description of who says it like that it’s random as hell.

Bajans are the proper black folks of the Caribbean. My mom who tends who dislike other West Indians including her own (lol) always vouches for Barbados and St. Lucian folks
