Barber Charges $60 For A Cut

I'm still seeing $30 in my area.
that haircut isn’t worth 60, brehBeen that way for a long time at some shops here.
I paid $57 (including tip) for a cut last week.
It was one of the best experiences because he uses a scheduling app and had a private suite in a business Center building with other salons.
It’s like 30 mins from me driving and the price is too steep when considering that but he almost has a repeat customer cuz I’m tired of a lot of these no schedule having, call the day before you come to make sure ima be in ass barbers out here

my barber JUST up his price to $30 
I have an older cousin, in his late 40s but may as well be 75. Dinosaur ass dude who is stuck in 1994. He works security for the company I work for.
Didn't get a checking account until the pandemic forced him to,
job was like we ain't promising timely paychecks while everyone is working from home.
So, an end of the world scenario finally forced him to get direct deposit.
Before that he would cash his check at a check cashing place and keep his money all crumpled up in his pocket.
Anyway, last year he was astounded to find out the prices of cuts changed when he brought his young son in for a cut.
Said he tried to give barber ten bucks and barber was like

i moved down to VA and these barbers are charging $45 for a cut. Man i wait it out until i go back home to get my haircuts for $25. Ill be a bum for 3 months

No hairline gang we cut our own hair 
I moved from Brooklyn to Denver 4 years ago, and the only good Black barber here is all the way in downtown and charges $40 for a cut.
