Barbers in the UK Aren't Regulated

My barber brushes the hair out, sprays disinfectant, then wipes.
That guy barber obviously didnt wipe his head with alcohol after either, which is like standard here

I've been cutting my own hair for 8 years, but when I did go I always saw each barber disinfect and wipe down their clippers. It's kind of hard to believe there's barbers out there not doing any of this shyt

certain amount of drying time for clippercide....something was wiped on the clippers but I'm not sure it was legal disinfectant...
wiping and immediately cutting? no.

My barber disinfects his blade every time before lining me up. One time, he went OD on it and I ended up with alcohol burns across my hairline...I ain’t never seen him spray his clippers though

I just get someone from my family to cut my hair for me. Ive never stepped foot into a barbers before.
My barber uses Clippercide on the detailer. I had no idea there was a recommended 10 minute waiting time after spraying. He sprays it, wipes it and starts cutting immediately
I'm tempted to go back to cutting my own hair now, but I don't trust myself to do my lines properly, especially now that I have a beard
Low key this is a black barber issue. For the most part CACs pay more for their haircuts and their barber shops are more professionally run from appointment booking to cleanliness.

The best barbers ive ever seen have been turkish barbers. Eveeyrhing is spot on.

My mother take the young ones to turks, because their so clean. They can't cut black hair though.

Fam if a barber does not having a popping ig page,booking system and the shop floor is not looking clean and furnished,dead that.
Some of these old barbers have been open for decades, despite looking dusty and having haircut pictures from the early 90s and I am thinking that barbershop must a front to launder money.
I always thought uk barbers had to go to barbering school to be trained and to pass hygiene tests.
