I never cared about KD joining a team he lost to, I cared about him joining that team. The CP3 situation isn’t even remotely similar. He joined a team that lost handily in the second round against a team that didn’t even advance to the finals. No one would argue the Rockets prior to the CP3 signing were contenders.

That trade was how i became a Rockets fan to this day. I was a huge Barkley fan. Followed him from Philly to the Suns to the Rockets. Thats why i never had a problem with fans following their favorite player or players going where they wanted(Durant lebron). Those Suns losses to the Rockets hurt like hell.. then the Rockets losses to the Jazz hurt..When he retired i just chilled with the Rockets because of Steve Francis and Mobley. Then Yao came..
