I usually don't make things racial but i'm really wonering when a black player had the chance to be a top 10 pick with guaranteed millions and passed it up to "enjoy college and win a national title"

I seriously doubt dude wouldve been a 1st round pick last year
Its been obvious he doesnt have 1st round talent for a couple years now...just cause the media hyped him dont mean some team was gonna take him high
At best hes a career back up...I doubt he lasts more then 2-3 years in the league

Just wondering has this ever happened to black player? specifically a QB?
You see it all the time with white Qb's who come from money. Where they can be a top 10 maybe 20 at worst pick but stay for their last year to different results ( Jake Locker, Matt lienhart, Andrew Luck,).
Im willing to bet Teddy Bridwaters ass is GONE next year. And that would be the smart thing to do.

I'm not a USC guy so I don't give a fukk if he becomes that dude in the NFL or he falls flat on his face and ends up in the Arena League two years from now. I think Barkley has a good head on his shoulder so hopefully he'll be okay. But damn he got dealt with some serious ether for coming back his senior season - kind of sucks because he really put the Trojans first in coming back. Preseason No. 1 team to the most embarrassing preseason No. 1 team ever. More than likely a Top 10 pick in 2012 to a fourth-rounder in 2013. Gets injured for rest of season on a wicked hit against the school's most hated rival. I will admit to being a USC hater so part of me finds this funny on some level - but damn you still have to feel for dude. It kind of sucks because he got put in a bad spot with the sanctions and all - you could tell he wanted to be the guy that led USC back to prominence. But I still think he will work hard and find a place in the league - quarterbacks always seem to hang around no matter what.
