Bob is great and default top 20 but even amongst the wailers my best single album is by Bunny.Then in the 80s you had cats like Sugar Minott, Cool Ruler, Israel Vibrations who were vocally more flexible.But in my view, what sets Bob from the rest is that his sound seems to be more polished in the sense you don't have to be a hard core reggae fan to enjoy his most popular hits.
