Said this at work with about 40 co workers during a diversity meeting. Caught hell from all the black women. 
i didn't give a fukk if they was supervisors. Managers. Told em you suppose to provide excellent service to every customer regardless of a tip being provided and damm sure dont expect it. Its part of your fukking job to provide good service.
The meeting was suppose to tense and challenge stereotypes and accepted norms, so alot of the shyt said there would def. Get you fired if it was regular setting. Also titles of positions were omitted so i know i made some enemies with mgmt

Tips are here and there, they usually always balance out, if someone doesnt tip...usually the next person will give extra. In the end, you always break even
so mostly the complains come from people not wanting to cater or serve. Which means they are in the wrong field of work in general. A thing that makes me laugh
is all these types of jobs and stripping etc, you cant retire from any of that shyt. They are about to average the 3.50 an hour you make that whole year and you are fukking yourself
to begin with, jobs like that should only be used to grab some money real quick and leave. Unless you work in a great spot and dont care to keep it up into your late 60s

face the whole time. I’ll believe it when I see it. I was the only African American male in the meeting too.
