Baseball. Is it boring?

Fun and great to play...fun to watch in person, boring on TV if you aren't into it.


I used to play, so I enjoy watching every so often. Once you learn the strategy and how it all works, it can be really fun to watch, even on TV.

Baseball is a sport that to me rewards patience and some thinking. It's not something casuals will just tune in and watch unless history is happening (Cubs breaking the curse). Lot of different tactics come into play and much like soccer, the coaches/managers knowing when to pull the right move is key. Lowkey I think this is why some folks also find those sports boring...the coaches have a great hand in the outcome, probably equal to the athletes at times.
