The Mavs roster aint that good. The way the Mavs guarded the pick and roll and switched everything gave the Spurs trouble. It took them like 5-6 games to figure it out

I know coaches work hard, but seeing Pop and Carlisle with their teams makes me question some of the work ethic.

I think the players got to put their ego's aside for coaching like that to really flourish

True, but LeBron and Wade had to at least buy into Spo at some point. They don't utilize their players in their best manner when it pertains to the individuals, but it works for the team. I'm pretty sure Spo telling Bosh that he needs to deviate from the post wasn't music to his ears, but he listened and adapted.

As someone who actually watched the series and almost every Spurs game this season....

Spurs played like dog shyt most of the series, they really played some of their worst games of the season that series with horrible turnovers after turnovers. Plus the Mavs were red hot, hitting contested shot after shot. If Carter doesn't hit the buzzer 3 in GM4, Spurs go back home 3-1 and close out in 5. Instead he hits shot and it's extended to 7. Spurs only complete game was GM7 and it was a monumental ass whooping



Again, from someone who actually watched the Spurs this season

give the opposition no credit when the best coached team in the league plays like dog shyt for a sustained period of time, brehs.
