The PS4 is identical to the xbox, just a slightly better GPU. But the XB1 isn't a traditional system bruh
Its designed to take advantage of stuff like DX12 which is the foundation of where most games will be made for this gen
Tiled Resources and the Cloud is what takes the Xbox over the top.

"aiming for parity" sounds like "targeting 1080p". it's kind of meaningless outside of being a PR statement. the devs and publishers of multiplatform games don't want anyone to think they're getting an inferior version of the game
