So wtf is the deal with this movie? Is it man of steel 2 with batman? Or a legitimate batman vs superman movie?

Technically It's Man of Steel 2 just with a Batman vs Superman plot, it will pickoff where the first film left off. Though Batman will still be a major character in the film.
