Officers say that an altercation happened between them and Sterling, however graphic video captured by onlookers seems to tell a slightly different story. State Rep. Denise Marcelle says she was told by Baton Rouge Police Chief Dabadie that body cameras worn by both officers fell off during the incident and do not show the shooting.
