If you like a good story and exploring, then yes. If you don't care about those things, maybe no. But it's the game of the generation so far, so I say at least try it. Get the DLCs too (they're some of the best DLCs ever and are as long as full games)

I don't like RPGs and its the greatest game I ever played. The world, the story, the side quest, the lore, everything on another level from every other game.

The combat is not deep but the enemies are varied and provide a good challenge
