I didnt get to play past the prologue because my desktop kept BSOD. I suspect it has to do with the frequency on my RAM, so I'll adjust when I get home off work and try to play.

I just played through the prologue
shyt has last gen graphics, no sli support (I don't even know why I have 2 cards anymore, all these games never have sli support), and you level up fast (

I'll play it more tonight, now that I've unlocked more characters, but I'm going back into my VR bubble for the next few hours.

Honestly... the PvE is way better than most expected. I haven't messed around with the PvP at all yet (Overwatch will shyt on it. Like... the games get compared against each other a lot and they shouldn't) but its a solid game.
Thing is, Battleborn's flaws are apparent EARLY and upfront. But once you get into it a bit, the game shines out. Its not an amazing game, but its really solid. The community will ultimately decide how far this game goes , but with 2k/Gearbox, I'm not all that concerned.

Story mode is weird. I can't figure out how to play single player. They automatically team you up with 3 other players. If you die, the game is over for everybody. I dunno if this is the game for me. 
I wanted some single player experience. Am I missing something? I thought there was an option to play by myself...

Man... its fukking HARD to carry a group in PvE. At least with certain characters. I can handle a boss pretty easy, but the defense missions? 
You can have every turret going, land all your ults, top off the damage chart and STILL lose a mission.

Thought I was the only one that picked this up. 
I wanted that Overwatch but found out it didn't have PvE. Ah well.

Had a day off so I finished the solo story missions and THANK GOD there is a difference between the solo and co-op that isn't just giving all the enemies more HP.
Went through as Thorn so I could kinda pace out missions like I wanted. Aaaand Battleborn was like fukk that, we running up in your shyt in every mission past the halfway point
I really think the PvE got a chance to be okay but I'll have to admit I got some concerns about the unlocks, gear, and difficulty after a few weeks or so.
