My point is that Dice has been consistently showing the PS4 version. We've yet to see XB1 footage. I don't think it's a stretch to figure out why. Obviously they have a better build and more stable framerate with the PS4 version so far.

Dice has said that the PS4 version isn't 720p (but not 1080p either). Probably gonna be 1600 x 900.

PS4 will have the better version of BF4. Nothing to spin. And it will be that way for all multiplats this gen.

The PS4 version (latest build) got good reviews. It's not crazy to believe the PS4 version is more stable with easier development and a stronger system.

Battlefield 4 on PS4 looked soft and muddled. Wall textures looked half-finished, lacking some of the smaller material nuances or 3D variation. Environmental destruction was more extensive than Battlefield 3 and explosions would send larger chunks of buildings into the air, but once again, the particles looked dull. Weapon models looked great at the hip, but as soon as I raised them to look down the iron sights or scopes, imperfections became apparent.

Meanwhile, the Xbox version they are saying looks good and smooth. Thats todays verdict

Where does it say that BF4 will run lower on XB1? Your own link says everything gets optimized at the very end. Will it be 1080p then? They don't know yet. It could end up somewhere between. Thats it

Now this is the interesting bit, DICE confirms that the Frostbite 3 engine supports DirectX 11.1 API as revealed by

DSOGaming.
“We use DX11.1, there are some optimizations in it (constant buffer offsets, dynamic buffers as SRVs) that we got in to the the API that improves CPU performance in our rendering when one runs with DX11.1. This will be in BF4.”
This means that PC and Xbox One versions of Battlefield 4 would be more optimized than PlayStation 4. There’s also a hint at AMD’s Next “Never Settle Bundle” featuring Battlefield 4 as a free title which is a good deal for AMD users.
