Battlefield 4 update semi bricks my XB1, Merry Christmas!!!

I was in party chat, about to hop on BF4 with this one guy who do to unusual circumstances cannot be named here

So I'm about to hop on the game and it says it has an update for a nikka
I accept the update, watch that bytch fly to about 98% in 2/3seconds.
Then it stays at 99% for about a minute. Then the little notification thing goes off saying its ready
But it shows 99% is done.
I try to enter the game.. it starts to load, then it takes me back to the home screen
Now it won't let my controller to move. So I make moves via voice control and it works
But anything I go into, it boots me back to the home-screen
I'll keep you guys posted, maybe Microsoft will be like "That's fukked up, here's a bunch of shyt for being a great customer and ambassador to the Xbox brand in general

I did a factory reset, now everything is working smoother than it EVER has (Tru Story)
I was having lag still on smartglass and even with my controller
I have to reinstall every damn thing, but so far, so gangsta
