What is referred to here was an old initial "make classes as impactful as possible" exploration for assault class gadget (the stim pen) - it was tested on labs for I believe one build a long time ago, and it has been removed from the feature-set since then (for good reasons).

If you really wanted to be an a-hole on that map, play recon and sit up top with a 40x and a range finder and pick off the infantry

They'll have to send the little bird up to get you (assuming that the little bird pilot isn't doing some dumb shyt like trying to fly thru the tunnel with the tanks on the map)
