Best Jamaican food in the bay is back a yard in Mountain View. I might have to stop there this week

Those $8 poboys & fries at lachristas not the best poboys but I ate that many times

I shoulda brought up Lois the Pie Queen in my first post though, classic spot.

They got backayard in mountain view now? lol I only been to the one in East Menlo and DTSJ

Have you tried the southern comfort food truck? They got good po boys and they do this loaded crab fries with a butter garlic sauce.

Theu are at all the off the grids and are at the oakland mesuem every other friday

Yea, meant Menlo Park...all those cities run together to me, and that’s even after 4 years of school down there

I'm gonna have to try Angeline's again. I didn't really love their jambalaya and I'm annoyed they serve their hush puppies with butter instead of a remoulade


Also, go check out the new kitchen at Brix 581, it's called WEPA now and it's Puerto Rican food, completely unhealthy but good AF...tho a tad salty

Speaking of Vallejo - Soultrans Seafood on Broadway has some of the best fried fish in the area. It's a little fish market and you can have them fry the fish you pick out.
