not only is the real estate BIGGER in hercules, it's newer. almost every house in hayward is old as hell and small, less sq footage, smaller rooms, smaller lot. and there are more buyers in hayward, meaning people aren't paying 300k for these houses they're usually offering more and paying cash.
houses at any price range will be bigger and thus more affordable in hercules.

The Galleria is way better than Arden fair mall and it is in fact, one of the best malls if not the best mall in NorCal. The white hoes I always make sure to venture to the Galleria and Thunder Valley when I'm in that area.

Galleria may be better now . Don't go to it as much as Arden. I still don't think its the best mall in nor cal though. Nah, Citrus Heights is East of Sac. I live by East Sac by the university. Their mall, Sunrise mall is

Oh, and Macy's by Union Square has the best men's store on the west coast. Five stories all dedicated to men's in i5s own building and they always have sales.

Thread got me reminiscin....Pops, my uncles, aunties, my brothers, we all used to shop @ them so-called "hood" malls n shoppin centers. Eastmont, M&B, Foothill Square, Durant, Bayfair, Hilltop....Them sh1ts used to be crackin, growin up as a kid the sh1t was lovely, never even tripped cause if you was black the sh1t was natural...You'd see all the nikkaz you went to school with, teachers/faculty, everybody n they mama would be shoppin @ them spots.

Remember coppin that Askari X tape with my cuzzo @ T's Wauzi, cross color fits from Durant, Bayfair mall had the nintendo spot where there was a line of nikkaz waiting to play tecmo bowl, as a shorty all I could was watch them grown nikkaz go to blows over that game, sh1t was straight comedy up in there....

Bout to take my real Town nikkaz back...I know some of yall mamas n daddies used to keep that muthafvcka on Soulbeat...Lookin back on these public access gems

The new arena in SF is going to be but I prefer they stay in Oakland.

Oakland was trying to push a plan called Coliseum City, it was basically a plan to keep all the teams in the area and to do what you mentioned which was to redevelop the coliseum area, but it was going to cost millions so I think the idea flopped

Nightlife isn't that bad. The bar scene in sac is a whole lot better than SF imo. Badlands, Blue Cue and De Beers downtown are my favorite spots. You can pull a girl at the bar a whole lot easier than at the club. If you do wanna club, The Park and Mix are where to go along with Palaries if you dont mind the crowd. Momos is good too.

Comedy clubs I recommend The Punchline near Arden Mall and Tommy Ts. Stripclubs I recommend Gold Club and club fantasy

Don't sleep on Old Sac. Good place to go out on a date and They got a club, Cafe New Orleans that's the closest you can get to the bay club music wise :laws:

Yeah I think the As will move out of oakland. The As are losin so much money with that team. Low attendance, coupled with the fact that the casual fan does not spend money on entertainment (shops, resteraunts, areas surrounding the staudium) The As want a complete fan experience like the Giants do at AT&T park
