Have family in harbor rd and potreo hill.
SF in the 70/80 had alot of black home owners who had duplex and had some real money
Once the crack era and silicon valley came rent got too high and many folks moved to sac and Stockton cause it was cheaper.
Only black areas in the bay will be east Oakland and North Richmond soon.
They getting epa and west oakland. And they tore down most projects in SF.
Las Vegas is the new spot everyone moving too

It's overdue though Sunnydale has been a shytty area for the longest. It's in pretty bad condition too.
