Nah, like I said passing through. Im in my 30s and I don't even know anyone who still lives there now. Honestly it's not like it used to be. Mfs used to be deep as sin itself out there in my day.
Now it's rare if you see more than 2 blk folks together at the same time.

They already are. Those houses around Eastmont mall are selling for over 100k asking. Seminary area, pockets of white and asian families been popping up. It will take LONGER but it all starts with property taxes and massive rent increases. The East isn't PREDOMINANTLY black..... I could be wrong though
