Well, I can't speak for the dirty cops. There are thousands of police officers who aren't dirty and the bad cops aren't a reflection of good cops.
Kind of like how there are bad NFL players who rape women. They all don't do it.

How any so called black person could think blacks DON'T need to be supervised and patrolled by their own is beyond me.

No other group would think its normal to have outsiders patrolling their neighborhoods
