Sorry homie. I can't agree. Born is far from wack, but if I'm being critical, some of his bars and associations aren't polished.. it's like they loosely fit together and he builds a scheme/4 bar set off of it. This isn't ALL the time, but common enough that I notice and expect it. Someone he battled actually used this angle against him. If I'm being more critical, Born's delivery takes away from his pen at times. I don't think he can do anything about that.
I can critique JC too, but for my money, JC edges Born overall. Born's pen is probably a little better, but JC's delivery and bar construction makes for more memorable, brutal haymakers.
Either way, both are top 5 pens
