I've seen people taking all these supplements and assumed maybe some of it placebo and thought just maybe at most having a protein shake afterwards is enough.

But I was always feeling wiped out near the end and sometimes Midway through my workouts. Heard amino acids would help and damn this shyt is awesome. Still get "tired" but my body doesn't feel tired. Sweating up a storm and my body still wants to do more past my rep number.

Got some of these

You take a pre workout? Hows your cardio? The better your lungs work, the better your lifting will be as you can get more oxygen into your blood stream.
Preworkout about 30 to 45 mins before. My cardio needs some work. Im sure that would help. But this shyt has help a lot with endurance.

It will definitely help with recovery. My recovery drink has protein, creatine, glutamine and some BCAA. You get a good night's sleep, lots of water, and some cardio in there like 30 min of biking and you'll notice big differences.

Cardio is a thing that people generally sleep on when they start lifting but it really does help. Sometimes I'll take a preworkout and do some cardio 20-30 min before a lift. I dunno how scientifically accurate this is but I think when I do cardio after taking the pre workout, it's more effective since my heart is pumping harder and spreading the chemicals into the body faster.

Pretty sure EVERYONE in the work out community says to NOT do cardio b4 lifting, as it effects your max performance

Personally I don't take creatine anymore. I don't really like looking bloated but it will raise your max lifts

you don't need one of that, you can get everything you need from food, most of those supplements are toxic and dangerous

nikkaz in prison gain more muscle without any of that shyt lmao

The food in prison is toxic and dangerous, just like the supplements..

They're called supplements for a reason of course you dont "need" them but to say they dont work is ignorant and false.
That's like saying medication or vitamins dont work.
"But but just use food and herbs instead"

too much of anything is bad for you, if you take in to much protein it will damage your liver for an example
