The food in prison is toxic and dangerous, just like the supplements..

So i guess they both work..

and you're basing this on what, you can just google or go on youtube and see all the evidence, most of the supplements are bloated with shyt you don't even know what it is

supplements in the medical term are used to replace food in the case of an illness or some kind of infliction where the person can't ingest food regularly

there is nothing those supplements do that real nutrition won't do ten times better, that's why its a scam, and also you are damaging your body

in prison they're not intaking enough toxins to damage the body

They don't most vitamens sold in the stores are bullshyt, you can get the real vitamins from eating the fruits and vegetables that contain them medication is to treat an illness lmao, how is that relevant

too much of anything is bad for you, if you take in to much protein it will damage your liver for an example

its scientifically proven already that all those supplements out there are bullshyt, yes they contain some elements that are helpful to you, but you can easily get them from having balance diet and they will be better for you in all aspects, that's why its a scam

none of these companies are regulated, you don't even know what your putting your body

Most are B.S, but some do work..

I would say whey protein works, because it had me bulky when i was on them.. And i was able to lift heavier as well..

I've been off protien for over two years and i lost a lot of that bulk, however, I still can bench press what i use to back then.. Not as much, but i can still lift it..

Most of that shyt fcks up the kidneys anyway..

Get BCAAs from real food pre workout

I kill 2 cups of Brown rice, boneless, skinless chicken breast and creatine 1 hour before workout.

I can workout for 3 hours straight.

Like you said tired but body wants to keep going.

I do cardio 20 minutes before weights to warm my body up. Yea yea I know about all that glycogen stores are wasted with cardio first.

BS. 20 minutes in the elliptical on level 13 gets me ready to push weight right after.

Does wonders but everybody is different

Don't waste your money with them BCAAs supplements

Trust, I've seen the warnings on ALL of the supplements, saying that it isn't clinically approved..

He's actually kind of right. Most supplements are trash. There are only a few that are really worth it.
Most food is trash too..
Hes not right at all.
I'm not talking about the company's I'm talking about the actual supplements themselves.
Until one of you nikkas can explain to me how something like creatine or L arginine "doesn't work" I dont want to hear it.
