last week they were 19 in the ap poll, 3 teams ahead of them lost nebraska, ucla and kent state. IN the bcs standings last week they were 21, ucla, nebraska, texas, kent state, lost and ditto michigan for not playing and boise state beating a horribel nevada team by 6.

Rotation Policy (where the bowl gets to 2 picks each), that way we get the best games.

Bama/ND
Oregon/Fla
KState/Stanford
FlaState/Oklahoma
Louisville/Wisc

NIU is not getting in, 1 loss non AQ team getting a bid

Also a Conference should be able to field 3 teams in the BCS
