Even positive rhyming is kind of corny at 50 years old if one isn't already established as an emcee. At that age one shouldn't have to resort to youthful art forms to command an audience. Was watching a Sanyika Shakur video not too long ago, and he was rhyming. I felt kind of bad for him like, breh you're Monsta Kody and folks are going to give you an ear based off of that alone. No need to rap at your audience.
