The last row on the bottom left is the Godzilla Roll. Its cooked spicy tuna, cream cheese, avocado and cucumber deep fried with spicy mayo and eel sauce on top. And its usually hot. Also bomb af.

I forgot the Godzilla rolls has shrimp in it too. So spicy tuna, shrimp, cream cheese, avocado, cucumber and all deepfried. The 3rd row is Godzilla rolls and everything below it are all cooked rolls. The bottom left rolls is cooked eel eat. Its good.

The top 3 rows are all cooked with the exception of the two obvious sashimi (raw fish on top of rice)

Theres usually an All You Can Eat sushi place thats likes $20-$30. I recommend you hit one one day and just talk to the people there about cooked rolls and start there. If you are ever back in Chicago, try Yuzu Sushi, Union Sushi or Sushi Para.
