I'm definitely no legal expert, but the only lawsuits that seem to have legs are his unprofessionalism with the smelling like alcohol and the weird behavior with the tattoos.

Don't doctors have a duty to inform their patients regarding the procedures they engage in? Maybe emotional support isn't going to cut it in and of itself, but it seems they're accusing him of not telling them what might have caused the stillbirth nor establishing eventual risks for future pregnancies or life altogether. Like he didn't say shyt to them from the moment of the stillbirth.

Idk the topic at all so I'm just chatting, but I'd assume it could reasonably fall under the umbrella of malpractice.
