People trying to drop their side agendas in here are going to lose the train. Forget about fat-shaming others or whatever, that shyt don't work anyway. The question is what are YOU going to do with YOUR life and YOUR seed to make sure this doesn't describe your family?
My daughter is turning 5 in a few months and she's never tasted a donut in her life. She's had candy 2-3 times and that's only cause friends slipped her some. Cake less than 10 times, always at birthday parties. Ice cream less than 5 times. Cookies less than 5 times too. Never once had cheetos or any of the spicey hots, probably had chips of any sort no more than 5-6 times ever. And she rarely eats stuff with white flour, we always get whole grain everything if its available.
That in her entire life. She's easily gone 3-4 months at a time without eating a single sweet. As a result, she fukking loves fruit, she likes all sorts of vegetables, she eats healthy food great. She already rejects food she's not supposed to eat automatically, whether we're there or not. I'm hoping by the time she's older and making more of her own decisions, all that shyt will taste too sweet or too rich for her and she won't be conditioned to it like my generation was.
If you're not willing to raise your kid away from sugar, white flour, and greasy foods, then what will keep them from being the same way?
