Okay, ....how many people who are not trained lawyers that work for the DOJ would know without reference which legal statutes to invoke to bring indictments? A president sets the tone by directing his AG to pursue indictments against the banks and the AG would advise the president on the best way forward.

They're going after Bernie because he's actually got a chance to upset their 2+ trillion apple cart. Everyone is eating from the treasury except the American people, who are whipped by the media, who exploits racial divisions constantly. Bernie brings a lot of people back together and puts the spotlight where it belongs. The pigs are trying to attack him now, because although they can suppress the vote, the vote is still the most important thing in the USA right now.
