It's one of the most tasteless, mentally, physically, and emotionally damaging industries there is.
That shyt with him slamming dudes incorrectly especially is necessary. His job is equal parts training and weeding out. What if the WWE invests in a dude who makes it to the main roster and after six months into a push decides the industry is too hard for him and he wants to quit? What if a guy gets up into the main roster and injures a main eventer because he's unsafe? If ya'll think this is bad you need to look up what goes down in the Japanese dojos.
If you're looking for common decency you absolutely shouldn't be in a wrestling gym.
