Some of you cats are fukking morons, man.
Maybe one day your seed will get dropped on his neck by his coach and told to go pick cotton.
I'm sure you'll tell him to toughen the fukk up and get over it. At least until the attending tells you he'll never walk again.
:dead:

Lol at some of you goofballs trying to make it seem like slamming people on their necks, making fun of their accents, and telling the black wrestlers to go back to Africa is necessary protocol to get a wrestler ready for the big time.

Ol "if you'd have a problem with him telling you to go back to Africa or kicking your broken leg you don't belong in a wrestling gym" ass nikkas :pachaha:

I'm telling you brehs, some of these dudes are marks. In no way is stiffing someone part of paying dues or learning that wrestling is a tough business, does Vince really want another lawsuit?

These carnies are gonna get that work via #twitter.

Not too be defensive of the guy because some of that shyt crosses the line way too much, but this isn't a sport for weaklings so you need a Sgt. Hartman from Full Metal Jacket type guy to make the young guys as tough and insensitive as possible. You can complain about him verbally humiliating these guys but that's part of the training to make them withstand the kind of shyt audiences can yell at them when they're in the ring. Sure we joke about "Cena sucks" and "Big Slow" chants, but imagine a couple thousand people yelling that at you every single week, along with the stuff they individually yell that we don't even hear. You need to be conditioned to be able to push that shyt aside. But, like Full Metal Jacket, guys in that position are only human too and thus can take shyt too far and mistreat/bully the people that they personally dislike.
A lot of people are saying this, and I understand it, but this isn't the 60's anymore. You can toughen a guy up without killing him or abusing him. The job is hard enough physically and mentally. Hell, the military doesn't let you do that wild shyt anymore. There's a certain standard for training in any field, and resorting to crap like this, to me, shows he's a shytty trainer.

Karma is a bytch and hopefully this dude gets fired

With the anti-bullying movement WWE proudly supports I have to believe he will.

It's not 1985 anymore. The business has changed. The occasional stiff shot or when I say jump you say how high shyt is fine, but this is just emotional and physical abuse outright, it's dangerous and shouldn't be tolerated.

what a fukkin idiot this guy is

As if we didnt read his book, where Jericho bytched about how shtty his training was and how he basically got ripped off by the hart brothers, which forced he and lance storm to compensate and train and work out with each other. Now he's acting like his training was some kind of proper standard? Is he retarded?

And yeah, that good ol' well adjusted hart family. What a shining example of normalcy that clan is.

That dungeon training...chris benoit, brian pillman...

Them 80s and 90s training standards overall throughout the business....resulted in creating a bunch of alcohol and drug addicted, maladjusted psychopaths who all dropped dead before the age of 40.

Its 2015 and the WWE is a publicly traded company. Take your cave man/segregationalist bullshyt and go fukk yourself Jericho

I witnessed a similar incident a few months ago when Alexander Russev was recovering from neck surgery. Coach Demott saw Russev wearing a NY Jets shirt at practice and not liking that sports team proceeded to physically grab Russev by the collar and rip the shirt off him. Russev was not cleared for any contact at that point and clearly showed physical pain after the incident. Following this incident a group of students were discussing how this sort of thing happened before with an injured Briley Pierce. Briley had a broken leg and Coach Demott kicked him in his medical boot. This happened before I was under contract but it nonetheless seems to fit a pattern of negligent and abusive behavior that I have observed with Coach Demott and is worth investigating further.
THAT'S TOO FAR!!! :damn:

• When Dante Dash referred to his finishing move as the Davey boy, as it was utilized by the late Davey Smith who died tragically, Coach Demott makes the following comment, “The Davey Boy? What turning blue and dropping dead on the lawn?”
Disgusting :scusthov:

It's the fukking wrestling business :manny: It's one of the most tasteless, mentally, physically, and emotionally damaging industries there is. That shyt with him slamming dudes incorrectly especially is necessary. His job is equal parts training and weeding out. What if the WWE invests in a dude who makes it to the main roster and after six months into a push decides the industry is too hard for him and he wants to quit? What if a guy gets up into the main roster and injures a main eventer because he's unsafe? If ya'll think this is bad you need to look up what goes down in the Japanese dojos.

If you're looking for common decency you absolutely shouldn't be in a wrestling gym.
I get that, but there are other ways to do that without the risk of permanently injuring or killing students. There's already enough danger training amongst themselves. When the trainer gets in on the fukkery, it's too much.

Bill mustve thought it was hughmorris to do these things to his students

In fact the entire process of writing a letter to human resources has been called a “fakkits” way of dealing with problems by Coach Demott.
:patrice:Bill is right.

But if he drops me on my head on purpose, I'm breaking his jaw or trying.
