Hopefully someone sues and Demott is ousted in the most public, embarrassingly way possible. All of his actions are a direct reflection of Paul Levesque who has a camera feed sent straight to his office in Connecticut

Another story:
http://www.pwmania.com/another-bill-demott-bullying-story-comes-to-light
“As someone who has been bullied my entire childhood and even more so now as an adult, I stand behind those who do something about it.

At a training seminar, where students paid $100 a person to be in the ring & learn, I witnessed DeMott call a Middle Eastern trainee “Aladdin”, “terrorist”, and “fat f-ck” multiple times. During a bump drill that was nowhere near safe for a green trainee to be doing, he just embarrassed and humiliated him. When anyone else did the drill correctly, he’d turn to this guy and just bash him. When I did the drill, he said “Look, even the girl can bump better than the terrorist!”. This continued to the end of the session where he told everyone good job, except this guy, and told him to “f-cking quit and go back to building bombs.” It was completely uncalled for and made everyone uncomfortable.

This guy spent his hard earned money to learn from someone, to get better only to be told to quit and have all these names and insults thrown at him. I have been, and continue to be bullied and I cannot just keep quiet when the world is finally trying to do something about it. To fix it. To save lives.

Even with me, he screamed at me from across the venue asking why I was not in the seminar. I arrived 30 min before it was scheduled to end and at the time did not have the funds. He continued to yell from across the venue at me as if I had done something wrong but I got in there for the last bit and did it without warming up, without stretching, just so I wouldn’t continue to be shouted at for no reason at all. It’s just sad that this is what people have come to. That’s all I have to say. This was all like 5-6 years ago, before I had ever stepped foot in a ring to wrestle. It was a long time ago, but some things never change.”

He's denying, but stepping down. aka he did that shyt.

I deny the recent allegations made about me, however, to avoid any embarrassment or damage to the WWE, I've decided to step down from my role effective immediately.

Cokeboy, Steph and company are gonna cite the BE A STAR program in their defense but when a reporter or someone asks them

What about the allegations that

• Demott has kicked Memo Montenegro in the groin and laughed as he crumbled into a heap. Memo being a Mexican immigrant to the United States has a heavy accent, which Coach Demott constantly criticizes and makes fun of.

• He routinely calls Gary Jackson a fat tub of goo, tells Osmund Cherry who is of African descent, to go back to Africa and most recently has made derogatory remarks about sexual preferences to Brandon Traven.

Stephanie is gonna hit the :snoop: as Cokeboy says :leostare: :dahell:I dont understand the question...? Is there a problem with any of those things? :dwillhuh:

i dunno brehs. i mean yea this shyt all looks bad on paper but nobody knows the context or the circumstance under which these things happened. maybe he was abusive, maybe it's just par for the course when it comes to the wrestling business.

Having been a wrestling fan since childhood, Hogan agreed, and in 1976, Mike Graham introduced Hogan to Hiro Matsuda, who was among the sport's top trainers. According to Hogan, during their first training session, Matsuda sarcastically asked him, "So you want to be a wrestler?" and purposely broke Hogan's leg.

and yet hogan went back the next week and continued training.

you gotta see if these guys really want it, ya know?

maybe the reason all the dudes from back in the day were so hardcore is because they all went through the same shyt. :yeshrug:

People have been spitting that line of reasoning and it makes no sense. You can push guys and see how bad they want it without resorting that that fukkery.

Work them till they puke, make em' work on 2 hours sleep, exhaust them physically. Yell, scream, get in their faces... sure. But you can draw the line on racial slurs, homophobia, sexist shyt. Hitting them when they're injured.

So many more constructive ways to work people and toughen them up without going there. It's the cheap heat equivalent to training and I'm glad WWE is getting called on. Good for Jericho that he went through with that stuff back in the day, but he sounds like a clown defending it on that basis. "it's just the wrestling business" is a bullshyt cop out excuse for neanderthal behavior.

Still don't mean that shyt is necessary. :camby:
I'd like to think that MMA is as physical as pro-wrestling, and you don't hear about ultimate fighters PURPOSELY being harmed by their trainers.
As someone who has trained in MMA (and plan to start again soon), I think that pushing people is a good way to test them, but you don't hurt them.
If anything, by hurting them, you're gonna cause them to care less about the well-being of the guys they're in the ring with.

Didn't JBL try to soap someone up in the shower for a "rib"?
MdrwH01.png
:scust:

i think that was joey style, jbl caught a fade that day

No it wasn't Styles. Styles knocked him out for something else.
Think it was Bryan Christopher that got all soaped up. And he tried that slick shyt with Styles and got knocked the fukk out.
