DUDE everyday of these guys life is like one big dramatic movie......

ain't nothing gonna scare these mofos

everytime somebody MYSTERIOUSLY DOESN'T SHOW UP (no call in) I have to check the local police blotter in the newspaper or online

to find out which one of my guys got locked up the night before and needs bail money

all day ive been trying to reach the forklift driver in the warehouse who happens to be a local rapper who bangs Blood

he has no idea that the "other blood OG" in my department wants to pull up on him simply for being with another set he doesn't like


the one dude who got offended cause I said "crab" is now on leave....cause he is being implicated in the attempted murder of a county deputy at a local club

to quote Posdonous..."these nikkas not only talk shyt...these nikkas live it"

they come from a temporary service that gives them 12.50 an hour to do these long hours 10 hour days and at times quite dangerous.....

and a lot of them have kids and also drive a good bit to git here dealing with redneck racist cops too...

that's why I try to stay here and uplift them cause it will pay off...they jump from that pay to 21.00 an hour once they get fully trained and certified after 90 days..
