I am not even mad at the shyt they go through as crane operators. shyt is crazy but people become desensitized to this since the first sky scrapers.

:manny:

However, that motherfukker was wearing loafers with less grip and an open jacket that could get snagged to stunt for the gram.

:dahell:
You risking your life so nikkas can know you had money before you went splat?

Nope, risk falling to your death everyday for a Help Desk Level 1 salary brehs.
Bro they get paid way more than that in NYC, depending on what other “licenses” they have to meet compliance requirements.

200-300k with experience for union work when you add in overtime. Even more if they take non union jobs where they get paid to work sites with less protections and more hours. It’s a deadly hustle but they get paid.

Keep in mind to get some of these licenses, training, and gigs you got to know people. It’s set up that being a minority is harder to come up to the best paying jobs.

The only thing is wears down on the body, plus that shyt is chemicals, dust, etc. You might live long but your body is going to break down.

WRONG

What I learned is to never look at pay statistics when discussing non-office jobs. There are way too many variables and positions... when you try to average out the numbers it's completely inaccurate

The guys in the video are "TOWER CRANE OPERATORS". They make at least $80 to $150 an hour plus time and a half overtime, sometimes more

The term "Crane Operator" could be for literally any position that is vaguely similar to each other. For example there are Boom Crane operators that work on construction sites that drive small trucks to lift drywall and other construction materials

For example

Knuckle-Boom-5.jpg

Someone who drives that would be considered a "Crane Operator" as well. Labor Statistics on construction site salaries are always highly inaccurate
