This wasn't about parenting it was about pride. I knew a girl whose father heard she was messing with boys. He beat her up. She came back from his house with a swollen black eye and busted lips. That shyt wasn't about parenting either.

You don't hit your kids in anger or rage. When you hit them in anger, you lose control and that's simply abuse.

Those who think this was right, ask yourselves: Why did this man beat his son up in front of the whole neighborhood rather than give a few taps in the backyard or the house?
