NYs first case was 3-1. The governor declared a SOE 6 days later. Now De Blasio is a fool. Coumo didn't cause the CDC to have to terrible tests or not having readily available. He's acted as swiftly and decisively as possible. It's Trump's BS that has killed people, delayed and denied supplies and ran up the price of much needed equipment because his dumbass didn't prepare for this despite ample warnings from his own experts.

Depends on where your at. If you're in a big city in NYC or LA hell no. Too dense. But smaller, spread out cities maybe.
