his gone now i didnt know that RIP his got a great voice but i think im going with black sabbath because the vocal and delivery was more authentic, charles sounded hurt through out which is a dope method but ozzy was hurt in the points of the song which yelled pain.

i only made this thread because of the normani - motivation new single a song about nothing. people tend to complain about adele getting coverage but her songs are of substance not for me i think there's too much about cheating but i can understand that shyt, same with ed sheeran, sam smith - stay with me.

with all this brutality and suffering in the world right now especially USA and these singers are still all singing like r kelly and beyonce songs about sex partying and garbage. it wont give artist like charles bradley to perform great songs. song writers pen game is garbage.

any song that breaks the mold goes straight to number one, but thats hard to duplicate. a bunch of celebrities singing no artists.

thats a bad way to go, but at least through his lifes effort we are still getting blessed.

i didnt know they touched up his vocals, they were very sweet lol.

I think the music problem is there is no innovative sounds, neccesity is the mother of all inventions. these guys and girls are famous before they put out music. people tolerate mediocrity because its new, the problem is both ways. old classics get hella views on youtube.

so people are just eating up new new music not good music, this is especially sad as a black man because many of my favourite latest songs are coming from other people. I bump old school shyt relentesly all the way back, if its a great song im with it from the monkees to van morrison but the inner city youth kids(minorities) got that pigeon hole peer pressure and years have proven it doesnt lead to any good creativity.

steve harvey once said on KOC that the old school songs from the first lick you were hype to hear it but now these songs have an intro to an intro some dont even have drums lol.

That comparison also reminds me how I liked Shirley Bassey's cover of light my fire more than the doors. They're both good but over time I ended up liking Bassey's version a lot more.

lol at tat MJ gif, but yeah maxwelll held it but i have sampled that kate bush version so many times. one of the goat funeral songs, maxwell makes it for the ladies which is pretty dope.
